About Stephanie Unwin
Stephanie Unwin is the president of Veronica Beard and has been leading the organization with Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard since 2013. She has a penchant for brand building, and prior to her time at Veronica Beard, Unwin worked in chief commercial officer, sales, and merchandising roles for companies such as Aeffe USA, Tibi, Urban Inc., Rachel Zoe, and Jack Rogers USA. She earned an AAS degree in fashion marketing at the Parsons School of Design and a BComm degree with honors in finance from Dalhousie University in Canada.
About John D. Howard
John D. Howard is a co-CEO of Irving Place Capital and Celebrands and has more than 35 years of private equity investing experience in the consumer products and retail industries. Prior to founding Irving Place Capital (which began as the Bear Stearns Merchant Banking Group in 1997), he was the co-CEO of Vestar Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in management buyouts. Previously, Howard was a senior vice president and partner of Wesray Capital Corporation, one of the foremost private equity sponsors and a pioneer in the leveraged buyout business.
