Troye Bullock most recently served as an Investment Banker at UBS (formerly Credit Suisse), where he worked in the Technology group. At UBS, he advised large-cap technology companies on M&A and capital markets transactions, including buyside acquisitions, IPOs, and leveraged finance deals across the internet, software, and IT services sectors.
Before UBS, Troye was the Founder and CEO of TB Global Impact Strategies, a consulting firm that partnered with corporations, institutions, and nonprofits to build impactful CSR and social innovation programs. The firm also advised early- and growth-stage businesses on operational strategy, brand development, and digital marketing.
He also served as an Advisor and Business Coach to 1863 Ventures, a leading incubator for minority-owned enterprises. There, he supported founders on operational improvements, fundraising, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Troye co-founded GOODProjects and GOODPartners, nationally recognized impact organizations based in Washington, D.C. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, he led initiatives that directly supported over 3,000 families and delivered system-level reforms in youth justice, employment, and education through strategic partnerships with leading brands and public agencies.
He also worked in investor relations and strategy at Brevan Howard Asset Management, where he contributed to fundraising initiatives and helped launch new digital asset and co-investment products.
Troye earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating on Private Equity and Venture Capital, and studied at the Stockholm School of Economics with a focus in Private Equity and M&A. He holds a BA in Sociology from Georgetown, where he was a Division I student-athlete, playing football. He has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business since 2019.
