Ryan Croft is Director of Latin America at Teamworks, a global sports technology platform that powers athlete engagement and operations for elite teams worldwide. He leads the company’s expansion across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and the Dominican Republic, helping professional clubs and federations adopt next-generation software solutions.
Previously, Ryan co-founded and served as CEO of Pacto, a Mexico City–based embedded software and payments platform in Latin America for banks and retailers, and ActionFigure.ai (formerly TransitScreen), a transportation and real estate technology company based in Washington, DC. Ryan began his career as a baseball agent in the Dominican Republic, an experience that sparked his deep interest in Latin American markets and sports.
He has served on boards across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, including the Federal City Council, ACT, and Give and Surf, and advises early-stage ventures in fintech, proptech, and sports tech. Ryan is bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about building technology-driven companies that unlock growth across borders.
