Ellen Eisenberg is Co-founder of United Sortation Solutions and Eurosort, Inc—both companies in the Material Handling Industry. Growing these companies from inception to 168 employees at exit allows Ellen to help Entrepreneurs anticipate and prepare for the start-up challenges all new founders face. Ellen is particularly passionate about supporting Female Entrepreneurs by sharing her experience and helping them to anticipate and overcome the unique challenge of being a Female in business leadership.
Ellen’s strengths also lie in identifying positions to best support the growth needs of a company, defining the roles of new team members, and the sourcing and preservation of talent.
Ellen holds a BS in Business and International Trade from the University of Buffalo, and a MA in Instructional Design from the University of Maryland.
Ellen lives with her husband and dog in Georgetown. Other interests include fitness, gardening, and reading. Ellen serves as a Docent at the Library of Congress- ask for a tour!
