Pat Henriques, entrepreneur in residence, Georgetown Entrepreneurship, was honored with the 2020 Special Posthumous Legacy Award at this year’s Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers Conference. The award honors those who pioneered advances in entrepreneurship that created enduring impact on the field.

“She was a force for good that impacted thousands of students, hundreds of early stage founders, and dozens of higher education colleagues,” said Susan Duffy, executive director, Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership, Babson College, who presented the award.

Duffy highlighted Henriques’ drive for social equality in entrepreneurship for women, veterans, and others.
