We are happy to invite entrepreneurship center leaders from Jesuit colleges and universities worldwide to gather and explore new topics for discussion and collaboration.
JECA @ Georgetown
Location: Georgetown University Main Campus, Rafik B. Hariri Building
JECA members will have dedicated time to build relationships and discuss potential collaborations. Discuss a framework for describing “Entrepreneurship for the Common Good” and an “Entrepreneur’s Examen.” Enjoy lunch and collaborative discussion with fellow Jesuit entrepreneurship center leaders.
Take time to reflect with the option to go on a campus tour.
Attend Georgetown’s premier student entrepreneurship pitch competition, in which teams of Georgetown students compete for a share of $100,000 in prize money. The judging criteria include: “How well does this venture incorporate Jesuit values?”
Join leaders of Georgetown’s Entrepreneurship community for a VIP reception and dinner.
Day-long symposium bringing together alumni, students, entrepreneurs, investors, changemakers, and innovators to explore and advance business practices that enable them to thrive at the intersection of purpose and profit.

1. Promote entrepreneurship (and social entrepreneurship) aligned with the values of the Society of Jesus
2. Build meaningful partnerships that foster mutual growth and shared success
3. Share best practices to drive innovation, social justice, and the common good
Membership is simple!
Anyone who works at a Jesuit college or university and shares the goals above is welcome to join JECA. There is no membership fee. We also invite others who share these goals to join us as guests at these gatherings.
A little history...
JECA was created in 2023 by leaders at the University of Loyola in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. In 2023 and 2024 this new JECA community gathered in conjunction with the Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers annual conference. These gatherings brought people together from many countries and many Jesuit institutions, and demonstrated a strong interest in continued collaboration among this young and growing community.
