Patricia Henriques is a relationship-driven entrepreneur, who founded and led Management Alternatives Inc. for 20 years from start-up to an industry-recognized, national leader in corporate relocation management. The company specialized in complex, large-scale, operations-intensive projects throughout the country. Among its most notable projects was the transition of operations of the Pittsburgh International Airport overnight. After a successful exit in 2002, she founded The Henlee Group, advising and coaching entrepreneurs in emerging and high growth companies.
She has held several appointments in higher education, developing and delivering coursework and programs in entrepreneurship with a strong emphasis on venture creation and acceleration. She currently serves as Executive-in-Residence at Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) and CWEL’s award-winning Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab in Boston and Miami.
Henriques has served on numerous community and corporate boards including 9 years as Co-chair of the Women’s Advisory Board for the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of City First Enterprises and City First Homes as Treasurer and former Chair of the Audit Committee. She is also a member of the CWEL Board of Advisors. Henriques is a graduate of Connecticut College.
