DESCRIPTION:The Georgetown Ecopreneurship Pitch Competition challenges student teams to develop an innovative\, feasible solution to improve the sustainability of Georgetown’s DC neighborhood and campuses. Two winning teams will receive awards of up to $3\,000\, as well as project development mentorship\, to actually implement their solutions. The competition will be April 12 9AM-6PM (Hariri case room 240) and will be preceded by an optional introductory workshop on April 5 3-5PM (Hariri case room 140)\, both on Georgetown’s main campus. These events are a great way to meet other students\, mentors\, professionals\, and Georgetown community members (faculty\, staff\, operations) who are knowledgeable about sustainability\, and no experience or prior team creation is required! A light breakfast and lunch will be served at the event. \nFill out the interest form here!
